For modern weddings, we design seasonal, sustainable floral environments — from bridal bouquets and ceremony installations to reception styling.

Do you use seasonal flowers?

Yes. At Hedoniya Floristry, we work primarily with seasonal and locally grown flowers whenever they are available. We believe florals should reflect the rhythm of nature and the beauty of each season. This approach supports sustainability and ensures the freshest, most vibrant blooms for your event.

Do you use floral foam?

No — we work exclusively with foam-free techniques. We rely on sustainable mechanics, reusable materials, and environmentally conscious practices. Our installations are thoughtfully constructed to reduce waste while maintaining artistic integrity.

Can I choose specific flower varieties?

Because we work seasonally and prioritize locally sourced blooms, we cannot guarantee exact flower types. However, we always respect your chosen color palette, style, and overall atmosphere. Our goal is to deliver the feeling and aesthetic you envision — even if specific varieties vary due to nature.

Will you replicate a design I found on Pinterest?

No. We do not copy other florists’ work.

Inspiration images are always welcome and help us understand your vision, preferences, and overall mood. However, every arrangement we create is original and developed uniquely for you, interpreted through our aesthetic and artistic language.

How does the design process begin?

I.

Please email us your inquiry in ail, including the date, venue, estimated guest count, mood, palette, and overall concept. Thoughtful information allows us to evaluate the project carefully and respond with intention.

If needed, we offer a brief 15-minute consultation call to clarify key points before preparing the proposal.

We then develop an initial creative proposal with an approximate investment outline. Once the proposal is confirmed and the contract is signed, we move into detailed development and schedule a review call to present the refined concept before production begins.

Preproduction includes:

  • One round of concept refinement

  • Creation of visual renders

  • Location scouting where required.

*We can make additional revisions beyond the included round at an additional fee.

What happens during production?

During production, we source props, place orders for seasonal materials, and prepare all floral elements with precision and care. Logistics are coordinated in advance to ensure a seamless execution.

On the event day, our team manages delivery, installation, styling, and on-site direction — ensuring the final result reflects the approved creative vision with accuracy and intention.

What does postproduction involve?

Postproduction may include dismantling and removal of installations, depending on the scale of the project and venue requirements. All post-event logistics are defined individually within the proposal to ensure clarity and smooth coordination.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing depends on:

  • The chosen floral designs

  • Season and flower availability

  • Supplier pricing (which may fluctuate weekly)

  • Delivery distance and installation complexity

  • Additional décor elements or last-minute changes

Each project is tailored, and pricing reflects the scope and artistic development involved.

Will I receive a quote before booking?

Yes. A preliminary estimate is provided before booking. The final price may be adjusted after confirmation of quantities, logistics, and flower availability.

Are taxes included?

All prices are subject to IVA (Italian Value Added Tax), which is applied and added to the final total.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation terms, including deposit conditions and applicable fees, are outlined in the contract. Because each project involves advance sourcing and planning, cancellation policies are structured accordingly.
